Race Photography

As Photographer for Charm City Run since 2023 I have honed my experience of photographing a variety of races. My experience encompasses 5Ks to 20 mile road races, cross country meets, Running Festivals with multiple distances, sprint triathlons, and trail ultras. Past clients include Girls on the Run Greater Chesapeake, the Four Seasons Baltimore, and Road and Trail Events.

Running for me has always been an avenue to focus on my mental health, and I feel most at peace when I’m connected to nature on the trails.

In my photography I am most inspired to capture authentic emotion. I’m drawn to the grit that comes from striving to push ourselves, and the community that develops from cheering on others.

My work reflects connecting to a deeper part of ourselves and authentic joy in mutual achievement.

I enjoy capturing a full perspective of races and events from the spirit of the participants, encouragement of spectators and volunteers, and the environment of the race.
