Documentary photography

Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine. I originally learned photography from my father, who shared his fascination with film with me and built a darkroom in our basement.

I studied photography on black and white film cameras in high school, at MICA in a precollege program, and then at Towson University. I went back and received a certificate in Portrait, Fashion and Photojournalism from Montgomery College.

I’m drawn to tiny details that help to tell the larger story. My favorite images capture true feelings and connections.
